Placer County Fair Local Rappers
My Nephew Robert has been writing lyrics and hoping to rap for a long time now. It was interesting to hear that we have a chapter of hip hop congress here in Auburn California. I believe its a good outlet for teen angst. It helps teach them about leadership and working to accomplish goals.
The organization is a non-profit and is starting up in many areas around the US

It is pretty hard for most people to stand up and speak in front of others, even fewer would have the plums to sing in front of a crowd at the fair. Way to go Cartoon!
